The need for healthy meals at the PFS Fair Oaks Adult Activity Center in Redwood City is growing.

Fund-A-Need donations at Thanks For Giving will help feed 25 more older adults - providing 6,500 additional meals this year. That's 6,500 moments of comfort, health, and connection for neighbors who might otherwise go without. 

Your gift to this year's fund-a-need will enable the PFS Fair Oaks team members to:

• -Deliver over 20,000 hot meals this year, providing not just nourishment, but also connection, comfort, and community.
• -Offer one-on-one support with CalFresh enrollment, nutrition education, and access to vital health and wellness services,  ensuring older adults can access a full range of food and wellness benefits available to them.
• -Receive fresh produce, grown onsite in our organic garden, learn how to use the ingredients, and obtain distributions of bi-weekly groceries in partnership with Second harvest of Silicon Valley.

These vital services require support. Meals at Fair Oaks provide health, longevity and social connection for our participants. Your gift will ensure no one is turned away hungry.
